Position
1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system; outgoing personality; strong communication and coordination skills.
2. Familiar with all supply chain operations, including production, materials control, warehousing, procurement, and outsourcing.
3. Possesses strong resource planning and integration capabilities, excellent execution skills, outstanding communication and coordination abilities, and a proven track record of effectively resolving various production-related issues.

2. Proven experience in cost control and a track record of leading successful cost-reduction initiatives;
3. Experience managing a team of 10 or more members in a large-scale enterprise;

1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system, majoring in Industrial Engineering or a related field such as Mechanical Manufacturing; proficient in applying the IATF 16949 standard and its five core tools, including APQP and PPAP.
2. At least 5 years of experience managing project teams; familiar with automotive project management processes; PMP certification preferred.
3. Well-versed in manufacturing processes for plastics and metal components, capable of comprehensive quality control over plastic and metal products, with hands-on experience in both product development and project execution.
4. Strong capabilities in overall planning, coordination, and project execution; decisive and action-oriented; highly responsible, willing to take ownership of tasks; excellent communication and coordination skills, and a strong team‑oriented spirit.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system, with at least three years of management experience in a supervisor‑level or senior engineer position, and proven ability to manage an R&D team of four or more members.
2. Familiarity with automotive products, as well as expertise in metal and plastic component manufacturing processes; candidates with relevant automotive industry experience are preferred.
3. Proficient in the IATF 16949 quality management system and skilled in applying the APQP methodology.
4. Skilled in using PRO/E and UG.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system (non‑enrollment applicants need not apply); major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of comprehensive administrative and HR management experience in a technology‑driven manufacturing company with 100–300+ employees (excluding OEM manufacturers).
3. Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
4. Strong expertise in developing and refining company policies, procedures, and internal systems; excellent communication skills.
5. Proficient in designing and implementing performance management and compensation systems.
