Human Resources Manager
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system (candidates not admitted via this system need not apply); major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. In technology‑driven manufacturing companies with 100–300+ employees (non‑OEM manufacturers), at least 3 years of comprehensive administrative and HR management experience;
3. Familiar with labor laws and regulations;
4. Proficient in establishing and refining company departmental rules and operational procedures, with strong communication skills;
5. Familiar with the design and implementation of performance management and compensation systems.
Job Responsibilities
1. In accordance with relevant national laws and regulations and the company’s policies, assume full responsibility for the day-to-day operations and management of the Administration and Human Resources Department.
2. In accordance with the company’s strategic plan, develop the company’s administrative and human resources strategy.
3. Responsible for establishing and refining the system and process management framework, as well as the incentive mechanism.
4. Responsible for all human resources functions across the company and other business units;
5. Other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
