The interior of the distribution box comprises numerous relays, fuses, PCBs, copper busbars, and wire‑speed conductive components, making robust safety protection urgently necessary.
Meanwhile, the distribution box has been highly integrated and slimmed down, with a compact internal structure and limited ventilation space. This leads to rapid heat buildup and a swift rise in internal pressure during operation, necessitating rapid pressure equalization.
Furthermore, when the distribution box malfunctions or ambient temperatures fluctuate, condensation can easily form inside the sealed enclosure, leading to equipment failure.
Factors that can damage the distribution box (BOX)
Dust & Water—Dust, water, and static electricity are well-known enemies of electronic components.
Pressure differential — Prolonged pressure imbalance can lead to a gradual loss of sealing performance.
Heat — Accumulated heat can compromise the performance and stability of electrical components, and under overload conditions may even lead to ignition or explosion.
Condensation—Sealed equipment can experience condensation when there are temperature differences between the inside and outside.

Considering temperature and pressure variations caused by the operation of electrical components, as well as the environmental conditions typically encountered in real-world road conditions, a solution is proposed to ensure long-lasting, hermetic sealing and protection for the distribution box.
