PMC Manager
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system; outgoing personality; strong communication and coordination skills.
2. Familiar with all supply chain operational processes, including production, materials management, warehousing, procurement, and outsourcing.
3. Possesses strong resource planning and integration capabilities, excellent execution skills, robust communication and coordination abilities, and a proven track record of effectively resolving various production-related issues.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for scheduling production plans, tracking order progress, and ensuring on-time delivery.
2. Prior experience as a production planning manager in a factory of 300 employees or more is preferred.
3. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Planning Department, formulating production schedules, and coordinating with customers on delivery deadlines.
4. Possesses several years of experience in factory PMC, with a strong familiarity with MRP/ERP system operation and management.
