Voir® fluoropolymer adhesive waterproof and breathable solution for millimeter-wave radar
The Voir® fluoropolymer adhesive waterproof and breathable solution utilizes a self-developed fluoropolymer-based waterproof and dustproof adhesive (FPV001).
Using the (FPV001) adhesive, the EPTFE waterproof and breathable membrane material can be bonded more effectively and reliably to various housing surfaces, achieving high bond strength while providing waterproofing that meets the IPX9K standard.
By simultaneously balancing the internal and external air pressures within the radar sensor cavity while providing continuous protection, the reliability and service life of the millimeter-wave radar’s sealed cavity are enhanced.
FPV001 fluoropolymer adhesive is specifically designed for bonding fluoropolymer film materials to other substrate materials, with typical applications in die-cut back-adhesive products used for waterproof and breathable sealing of millimeter-wave radar enclosures.
