Procurement Manager
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement management;
2. Possesses experience in cost control and has led successful cost-reduction initiatives.
3. Have led a team and managed more than 10 employees in a large-scale enterprise;
4. Possesses high professional ethics, a strong sense of confidentiality, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee the procurement department’s overall operations and team management;
2. Familiar with the hardware and plastics industries; develop and implement procurement plans for various materials.
3. Conduct thorough procurement forecasting and, based on cash flow and material storage levels, carry out proactive purchasing in a well‑planned manner.
4. Provide standardized guidance and approval for procurement receipts, and assist the finance and accounting department in reviewing projects and controlling costs.
5. Develop appropriate methods to reasonably request suppliers to reduce product prices, and formulate and implement performance appraisal criteria for departmental staff.
