Low-altitude flight

Pioneering the skies, we are driving the next-generation industrial drone and eVTOL industries in the materials and components sector.

As emerging demands such as low-altitude logistics, security patrols, and agricultural plant protection continue to grow, industrial drones and eVTOLs are evolving from “equipment” into “aerial platforms.” Underpinning the stable operation of these platforms are critical foundational materials and components. Leveraging ePTFE material technology, Voir Technology is upgrading itself from a “materials and components supplier” to a “provider of comprehensive connectivity and safety‑protection technologies for low‑altitude flight.”

Voir® M671 Explosion-Proof Protection Solution for Battery Packs in Low-Altitude Flying Cars

During operation, the battery pack of a low-altitude aircraft may experience an abnormal increase in internal pressure due to high-power output, frequent charge–discharge cycles, or external environmental changes such as sudden temperature fluctuations and mechanical shocks.

Voir® ePTFE High‑Flexibility Cable Solution for Low‑Altitude Flight Signal Connections

During takeoff and landing, as well as during wing‑folding and unfolding, the cables must withstand high‑frequency vertical torsion and cyclic stress. The exceptional flexibility and fatigue resistance of ePTFE material can effectively reduce the risk of conductor breakage.

Humidity-Controlled Valve Balancing Solution Using the Voir® P705 Valve for Low-Altitude Flight Radar

The internal electronic components of low‑altitude flight radars—such as the RF front end and signal processor—are sensitive to humidity. The Voir® P705 valve‑type moisture‑control valve balances the pressure differential between the inside and outside of the highly sealed product, ensuring that, under normal operating conditions, changes in the external environment—such as variations in temperature and altitude—will not cause seal failure due to an internal–external pressure difference exceeding the component’s tolerance. The product is also equipped with a moisture‑barrier structure that effectively prevents water vapor ingress.
