Technical Director
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system, with at least three years of management experience in a supervisor‑level or senior engineer role, and proven ability to manage an R&D team of four or more members.
2. Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with automotive products, possess experience in the manufacturing processes of metal and plastic components, and have relevant work experience in the automotive industry.
3. Familiar with the operational processes of the IATF 16949 quality management system and proficient in the APQP methodology.
4. Proficient in: PRO/E, UG.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for preparing project initiation documents, designing and developing product architectures, reviewing molds (plastic and metal), coordinating with customers and conducting post‑review assessments, and producing DFM feasibility analysis reports.
2. Responsible for coordinating and leading cross-departmental resources to carry out sample production and testing, develop the DV verification plan, and prepare the DV verification report.
3. Responsible for assisting and guiding the production line in analyzing and resolving process abnormalities, conducting in-depth quality analysis of major customer complaints, and evaluating customer‑initiated design changes and mold modifications.
4. Responsible for managing and allocating departmental team members, developing and supervising team work plans, and conducting performance evaluations.
