Voir Technology’s ECV series protective solutions for new-energy vehicle electronic control systems enhance reliability and elevate the overall vehicle quality and image.
Voir Technology’s ECV series of breathable protective products are balance valves designed to quickly equalize internal and external pressure, reduce moisture and fogging, and minimize condensation—especially under conditions where the electronic control system generates significant heat and experiences excessive internal pressure during prolonged operation.
ECV‑SK1: A new type of snap‑on balancing valve that, compared with similar products from overseas, offers superior material durability and a more robust cover design. Moreover, it requires a smaller mounting hole diameter than conventional snap‑on balancing valves.
ECV-POVM10: Featuring a novel material‑based structural design and a lightweight, aesthetically superior appearance that outperforms conventional balancing valves, the cap is engineered to facilitate machine installation and prevent it from being lifted or detached during mounting, thereby enhancing installation efficiency.

See POVM10 and SK series—waterproof, dustproof, pressure-relief and breathable, offering high‑efficiency protection.
1. An e-PTFE membrane is employed to prevent the ingress of external moisture, dust, and contaminant particles, thereby keeping the component’s internal cavity clean.
2. Suitable for operating environments ranging from -40°C to 125°C;
3. Pressure relief and venting: Releases internal pressure generated by temperature and atmospheric pressure, preventing damage to the component’s precision parts.
4. Rapid ventilation and high air permeability address safety concerns arising from sudden increases in internal pressure within the electric drive system during operation.
5. Threaded and snap‑on installation ensures easy mounting and eliminates the need for maintenance.
