The Voir® Por-Ac™ waterproof acoustic material laboratory has been put into operation.

Release time:2018-01-15

In recent years, Voir® Voir Technology has accelerated the refinement and upgrading of material applications and the enhancement of professional expertise, transforming from a manufacturing‑support service provider into a technology‑driven enterprise. To ensure that Voir® Por-Ac™ acoustic‑transmission materials better meet the diverse needs of a wide range of acoustic devices, the company has invested substantial resources in R&D and validation upgrades. The waterproof acoustic‑transmission laboratory, funded by Voir Technology Systems Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Sinan Technology Co., Ltd. (sinan Sinan), is scheduled to be completed before the 2018 Spring Festival.

The establishment and commissioning of the Voir® Por-Ac™ laboratory for waterproof acoustic transmission marks the first such facility in China. As the core department responsible for validating the performance of Voir® Por-Ac™ waterproof acoustic transmission materials, the company has continuously refined its standardized testing facilities and state-of-the-art inspection equipment, formulated stringent management protocols, and trained a team of top-tier verification and analytical technicians. The completion of this laboratory will provide robust data support and reliable validation methods for product development, further enhancing Voir® sinan’s (Voir·Sheng’an) independent testing capabilities in the research and development of waterproof acoustic transmission materials.

As the various tests progress, the laboratory will more effectively guide product design, enhance product performance, and strengthen core competitiveness. At the same time, the commissioning of the laboratory will bolster its capacity to host large‑scale end‑user acoustic‑equipment customers—such as Harman Audio, Apple’s supply chain partners, and ZTE—providing them with an exceptional experience during visits and exchanges, along with opportunities for direct benchmarking.

Waterproof, sound‑transmitting, and breathable materials are typically used in the audio components of consumer‑electronics smart devices, such as smartphones.
