EPV explosion-proof venting assembly for batteries

Voir Voir’s PACK protection has developed an EPV explosion-proof venting component specially designed for batteries, which can both rapidly relieve pressure to prevent overflow and explosions, while also providing waterproof and dustproof performance. During normal operation, it allows for quick air exchange; when gas levels reach the critical threshold for explosion, it instantly connects directly with the external environment, releasing large volumes of gas and swiftly dissipating the intense internal pressure, thereby preventing explosions or mitigating their damage. The MEPV series is our company’s latest metal-type explosion-proof venting valve, launched in 2017. Its advantages include guided venting and enhanced burst‑point precision, making it a comprehensive explosion‑proof venting product that differs from traditional rupture‑type designs.
