Today, Voir Technology’s TS16949 quality system mobilization conference concluded successfully.
To ensure optimal coordination for this meeting, it was chaired by Mr. Fang Zhi, a consultant from Ruifengying Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. During the session, the key elements and core principles of the TS 16949 quality management system were presented, and the progress of the entire implementation plan, along with relevant coordination requirements, was explained. Finally, the team leader of our company’s implementation group outlined the objectives for rolling out the system, and the appointment letters for both the management representative and the customer representative were officially announced. With the launch of the TS 16949 quality management system, our company is poised to strengthen its quality framework, reduce operational costs, and enhance the management of new product development.

Voir’s PUHA ultra-high‑flux waterproof, breathable component achieves a breathability flow rate of over 120 mL per minute at low pressure, ensuring that the RRU can promptly balance air pressure during rapid temperature increases from ambient conditions. Voir’s production line has, through prior efforts, successfully completed the debugging and assembly of the TA line. The TA line serves as the foundational module for testing various general-purpose waterproof and breathable components. Its successful completion marks a significant advancement for Voir, spanning from front-end manufacturing to back-end testing of such components; going forward, only the corresponding interface modules need to be added for different waterproof and breathable components.

Voir threaded M5 with EMC metal waterproof and breathable assembly for outdoor military equipment
Voir stainless steel threaded M5 waterproof and breathable components with EMC functionality are being mass-produced for outdoor military equipment. This marks the first time that Voir Technology has customized its waterproof and breathable components to meet critical performance specifications for metal parts and applied them in the outdoor military sector.
