Today, Voir Technology’s TS16949 quality system mobilization conference concluded successfully.

To ensure optimal coordination for this meeting, it was chaired by Mr. Fang Zhi, a consultant from Ruifengying Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. During the session, the key elements and core principles of the TS 16949 quality management system were presented, and the progress of the entire implementation plan, along with relevant coordination requirements, was outlined. Finally, the team leader of our company’s implementation group articulated the requirements for advancing the system, and the appointment letters for both the Management Representative and the Customer Representative were officially announced.

Following the launch of this TS 16949 quality management system, our company will strengthen its quality framework, reduce operating costs, enhance new‑product development and management capabilities, and minimize variation and waste. In terms of system effectiveness, the new system is fully compatible with ISO 9001 and CCC, thereby cutting down on the time required for annual surveillance audits and revisions under these standards. It also aligns with certain QAV and GQA requirements, better meeting customer‑specific QAV1 and STJ GQA objectives, while integrating systems to avoid redundant overlaps and saving the company valuable resources. On the capability front, through training and practical application of the five key tools—APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, and SPC—we will foster greater improvement awareness and competence among employees. We will also improve information flow and communication between the New Model Development Department, the Technical Development Department, the Quality Control Department, and the production floor, enabling timely problem resolution and boosting overall improvement efficiency. This will help us meet customer‑driven improvement expectations and sustainably achieve an A‑level quality rating. Furthermore, by reinforcing each stage of the new‑product development process, we will effectively prevent issues from carrying over into mass production, accelerating the maturation of product quality.

The kickoff meeting for the implementation of the TS 16949 quality management system was a complete success.
