On August 25, in Huizhou, Voir Hydrogen successively launched the high-power 150–200 kW system VH150, the low-power 3.5 kW air-cooled stack system VH005, the forklift system 10 kW system VH003 humidifier, as well as an ion-exchange resin filter and a second-generation intelligent humidity controller for stack systems.

Voir Hydrogen has achieved a technological breakthrough in humidifier application solutions, with single-tube testing technology ensuring that, within limited boundary dimensions, fewer single tubes can deliver high-power humidification. It has also pioneered the launch of the higher-power humidifier VH150-C1, suitable for large heavy-duty hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.

Voir® H2 Ion-Exchange Filter VH-GL01

The ion-exchange resin filter (VH-GL01) is installed in a branch of the fuel cell engine’s cooling water circuit. It adsorbs both cations and anions released from the fuel cell stack and related components, thereby maintaining the cooling water’s electrical conductivity at a low level. Additionally, it features a special corrosion‑resistant, impact‑proof housing material with an ultimate pressure rating exceeding 300 kPa and a service life of more than three years.

Voir®H2 Second-Generation Smart Humidity Controller NIPC050

The second-generation intelligent humidity controller (NIPC050) features a core made of high‑polymer water‑absorbing resin and a housing crafted from high‑temperature, high‑humidity‑resistant plastic, delivering superior durability and reliability. It incorporates an embedded laminated structure of 2 mm‑thick polymer resin, boosting performance by a factor of 1.8 while enhancing reliability and improving the protection rating. Its adjustable moisture‑absorption and humidity‑control range is exceptionally broad. Widely deployed in the fuel‑cell stack systems of leading hydrogen‑energy companies, it effectively addresses condensation issues for manufacturers.

See®H2 Air-cooled low-power system humidifier VH005-C1

Voir Hydrogen Energy is the first in China to launch an air-cooled, low-power system humidifier (VH005-C1) based on e-PTFE core material. This material’s low resistance and high permeability ensure reduced pressure drop and stable water vapor transmission rate, guaranteeing thorough impregnation of the proton exchange membrane and maintaining a consistent humidity level, thereby enhancing proton transport and reaction efficiency.

Voir® H2 Hydrogen-Fueled Forklift System Humidifier VH003-C1

Voir Hydrogen has launched the VH003-C1 humidifier for forklifts, meeting market demand for low-power humidifiers in this sector, and it has already been tested by multiple forklift fuel cell system manufacturers. Its performance is excellent.

To date, Voir Hydrogen has launched humidifiers for hydrogen energy systems, ion-exchange resin filters, and intelligent humidity controllers (IPC) for fuel cells; waterproof pressure-balancing valves for DC/DC converters and ECUs; oil-resistant vent valves for air compressor pumps; as well as proton exchange membrane base films for fuel cells—all of which have received positive feedback in the market.
