On April 11, 2020, Voir Technology successfully passed the VDA 6.3 process audit conducted under the supervision of SGS (Societe Generale de Surveillance S.A.), a globally leading inspection, verification, testing, and certification organization, and established cooperation with well-known automotive manufacturers. With this achievement, Voir has taken another significant step in building its product quality management system, providing stronger support for market sales and the enhancement of the company’s management capabilities.
Competition in the automotive industry is intensifying, and cost pressures are mounting, necessitating that all segments of the automotive sector—automakers and their suppliers—implement robust quality management systems. To assess suppliers’ quality capabilities and ensure that production processes remain under control and consistently reliable despite various disruptive factors, leading automotive manufacturers require suppliers to pass VDA 6.3 process audits.
Adhering to Voir Technology’s corporate culture of “specific quantification,” and led by the Quality Department, the company conducted four internal audits to verify improvements and one external VDA 6.3 training session. Following continuous improvements after passing the initial audit with conditions, it ultimately passed the SGS‑supervised VDA 6.3 process audit.
