Core material

The company’s research‑and‑development‑driven e‑PTFE material features a porous, mesh‑like structure and exhibits exceptional waterproofness, breathability, corrosion resistance, thermal stability across high and low temperatures, and electrical insulation. It is widely used in sectors such as new energy (lithium batteries, hydrogen energy, and energy storage), automotive electronics, semiconductors, telecommunications, photovoltaics, robotics, consumer electronics, and medical devices, providing customers with lightweight, highly reliable material solutions.

Core material

Voir® e-PTFE waterproof and breathable membrane

The waterproof and breathable membrane product line is made from a flexible, elastic microporous material—expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (e‑PTFE). This PTFE microporous material boasts a high porosity and a uniform pore-size distribution, offering excellent breathability, a low coefficient of friction, and minimal adsorption. It provides outstanding dust resistance, oil- and water-repellency, thermal stability, and resistance to chemical media and UV radiation. With an exceptionally broad operating temperature range, it can maintain its breathability continuously between –40°C and +150°C.

Voir® Waterproof, Sound-Transmitting, and Breathable Material

After exposure to water, electronic components inside devices such as smartphones and headphones can short‑circuit, degrading sound quality and display performance—and in severe cases, causing permanent damage that renders the device unusable and beyond repair. Smart wearable devices have become an indispensable part of daily life, enjoying widespread popularity. However, sudden immersion in water or ingress of dust can lead to malfunctions.

Voir® Polymer Filtration Material

Polymeric filtration materials are centered on e‑PTFE (expanded polytetrafluoroethylene) microporous membranes and their complementary filtration assemblies, addressing the core demand for high‑precision filtration. They offer outstanding advantages such as waterproofness and breathability, resistance to strong chemical corrosion, and stable performance across a wide temperature range, making them well suited to the stringent filtration requirements of multiple industries. As a result, they deliver superior performance and broader applicability.

Voir® Superabsorbent Polymer Material

The Voir®BR-R moisture-absorbing material technology solution leverages the MSRM high-polymer hydrophilic moisture-absorbing material, based on Voir’s proprietary patented formulation, and its osmotic properties driven by external humidity differences to absorb and release moisture, thereby regulating the relative humidity within the sealed cavity to maintain it within a specified range and prevent condensation.

Voir®SEDM solid-state electrode membrane

The Voir® solid-state electrode membrane SEDM exhibits high proton (H⁺) permeability while effectively blocking other gases, moisture, and particulates. During electrolysis of H₂O, protons (H⁺) at the anode pass through the E‑PEM membrane to the cathode side, where they combine with oxygen to form water vapor. Reversing the polarity or the installation orientation produces opposite effects—dehumidification or humidification.

Voir® Conductive and Breathable Membrane Material

In the 5G era, communication equipment is becoming increasingly compact and integrated, with even stricter protection requirements. After refining its formulation, Voir has launched Voir EVentM conductive shielding (EMC) breathable material, offering a brand-new comprehensive protection solution for the 5G outdoor communications sector, which demands high electromagnetic compatibility.
