The waterproof and breathable membrane product line is made from a flexible, elastic microporous material—expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (e‑PTFE). This e‑PTFE microporous material features a high porosity and a uniform pore size distribution, offering excellent breathability, a low coefficient of friction, and minimal adsorption. It provides outstanding dust resistance, oil‑ and water‑repellency, thermal stability, chemical‑resistance, and UV‑protection. With an exceptionally broad operating temperature range, it can maintain its breathability continuously between –40°C and +150°C.
The Voir waterproof and breathable membrane series employs surface filtration, which outperforms deep-layer filtration, delivering exceptional filtration efficiency with a dust‑proofing rate of 99.9%, virtually achieving zero dust emissions. Its smooth surface resists condensation and is easy to clean, offering excellent barrier performance and a long service life. The BAE series adhesive‑backed membranes are simple to install and convenient to use, supporting both manual and mechanical installation methods, while the B A series welded membranes are integrated into other product components or cavities via mechanical heat welding. Membrane options with unidirectional or bidirectional air permeability can be selected according to the product’s protection level.

BAE series—adhesive-backed waterproof and breathable products—enhance waterproofing (against various liquids) while fully maintaining breathability. Even under significant internal–external pressure differentials, they can instantly equalize pressure, preventing liquid molecules from penetrating to the other side and averting potential issues by balancing internal and external pressures. Voir BAE waterproof and breathable patches are easy to install and can be directly affixed to sealed enclosures.
BA Series—weldable membrane‑sealing products that can be directly welded onto mounting plastic housings using heat sealing or high‑frequency welding. They provide bidirectional water‑blocking and air‑permeability, eliminate fogging, and maintain continuous breathability even under extreme climatic conditions, ensuring internal–external pressure equilibrium. Operating temperature range: −40°C to 120°C. These weldable, waterproof‑and‑breathable membranes are easy to mold during plastic housing design, offering low cost and a simple, convenient manufacturing process. They help reduce design expenses and are well suited for lean‑manufacturing workflows.
