Voir Voir and Japan’s power battery PACK have successfully joined forces.

Voir Technology recently partnered with a Japanese power battery PACK manufacturer. Voir Technology will provide safety protection for the Japanese PACK, extending its service life. This marks the first time Voir Technology has jointly designed and developed safety components with an international PACK giant.
The customer’s visit extended into the workshop’s automated PACK line, where they carefully examined the integrated hovering motion and how to ensure process consistency. Voir Technology provided end-to-end support—from DV to PPAP—for Japanese power battery PACKs. Leveraging its established, mature process solutions, Voir Technology also offers customized products. The customer commended Voir Technology’s engineering for achieving a microscopic consistency error of just 0.05 mm. In addition to an in-depth discussion on production capacity, the two parties also deliberated on a safety‑protection component solution for the energy‑saving, emission‑reducing 48V system, resulting in a detailed milestone roadmap. According to the plan, once Voir Technology fully deploys AME robot‑based automation, its annual production capacity will increase from the current 400,000 sets per year to 2 million sets per year.
