Congratulations to Mr. Li Zojun and Mr. Chen Ming of the Application Technology Department at Huizhou Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (Voir) for being awarded the title of “Outstanding Technician of Zhongkai High-tech Zone, 2016,” and to Ms. Chen Lihua of the Marketing Department for receiving the title of “Outstanding Recent University Graduate of Zhongkai High-tech Zone, 2015–2016,” along with a government talent‑fund award.

The “Kai Xuan Talent Program” is an initiative launched by the Party Committee and the Management Committee of the High-tech Zone to attract, support, and incentivize high-caliber talent. It comprises five key projects: the High-Level Talent Attraction and Support Project, the Leading Figures (Team) Cultivation and Support Project, the Skilled Talent “100–1,000–10,000” Initiative, and the University Student Incubation Program.

The awards received by the three individuals are a testament to Voir Technology’s talent management approach, as well as to its technological innovation and progress, and they also recognize the hard work of the award winners themselves. Their achievements will undoubtedly inspire more outstanding talents to join the Voir Technology team, ultimately attracting even more top university graduates. Meanwhile, Mr. Li Zojun and Mr. Chen Ming in the Technology Department have become exceptional technical engineers by innovatively applying materials technologies, receiving acclaim from across the company as well as recognition from the market.

The three of them are modest and deeply devoted to their work. Unlike many post‑90s peers, they show no trace of restlessness, impulsiveness, vanity, or confusion; instead, they embody quiet dedication, relentless effort, a spirit of progress, and an unwavering resilience that only grows stronger in the face of adversity—along with a calm, composed demeanor. Their awards are well deserved.
