On August 11, the “Speed, Impact, Scale” management training course, jointly organized by Voir Technology, Baorui New Materials, and Shenzhen SA Technology, was grandly held at Tailong Resort. This training was designed to further strengthen company managers’ systematic understanding of enterprise management development, enhance management efficiency, reinforce team building, and lay a solid foundation for the company’s growth and expansion.
The training was centered on the theme of “speed, impact, and scale,” emphasizing why speed—not scale—determines performance. This session received high-level attention from company leadership, with strong support from all departments and employees. More than 40 managers at various levels and key personnel participated, and throughout the sessions, attendees listened attentively and took careful notes.
Following the successful completion of the training, participants unanimously gave positive feedback and expressed a desire for more similar training sessions to be organized.
