I. Voir® Cables and Cable Assemblies
Voir has developed cables and cable assemblies based on a polymer-specific ePTFE core material, which are used in lithography machines, wafer fabrication, semiconductor manufacturing, and display panel industries. Its vacuum cable solutions have already been adopted by China’s leading, well-known semiconductor chip manufacturers.

II. Voir® IDC High-Flex Ribbon Color-Coded Cables
Voir® IDC high‑flexibility ribbon patch cables are exceptionally lightweight and flexible, designed for use in tight spaces under prolonged motion while maintaining excellent performance and outstanding abrasion resistance. They also deliver consistent performance even under harsh operating conditions—resistant to oil and contaminants, and capable of withstanding extreme temperatures.

III. Voir® Semiconductor Ozone Module and Filter
The Voir® ozonation module features a built-in folded microporous fluoropolymer e-PTFE core membrane that filters out particulates from ozone gas, enhancing both concentration and purity to boost production efficiency.

Voir® filters use an e-PTFE membrane as the filtration medium, offering staged filtration with higher dirt-holding capacity and a longer service life.

IV. Dust-Proof Cover for Voir® Semiconductor Mask Plates
The Voir® dust cover is specifically designed for DUV‑band lithography masks at 248 nm and 193 nm. Featuring exceptional transparency, it is manufactured from fluorinated e‑PTFE material and does not emit gas‑phase contaminants harmful to the mask under illumination. Compared with nitrocellulose resins, its absorption performance in the DUV spectral range is significantly inferior.
