Voir Hydrogen has successively launched innovative products such as the Voir® water–gas separator, the Voir® ion-exchange resin filter, the Voir® VH003 humidifier for low-power systems, and the Voir® proton exchange membrane base film. These offerings have been recognized by leading companies in the industry, resulting in the signing of joint development agreements.

Voir® Water-Air Separator
The Voir® water–gas separator employs a two‑stage material‑separation innovation, delivering superior separation efficiency and low flow resistance that surpasses conventional mechanical separators. By optimizing its design and leveraging advanced materials technology, it effectively addresses challenges in water–gas separation performance.

Voir® Ion Exchange Resin Filter
Voir® ion-exchange resin filters adsorb both cations and anions released from the fuel cell stack’s cooling circuit, keeping the coolant’s electrical conductivity at a low level. They feature low flow resistance, a long service life, easy disassembly, and compatibility with a wide range of system power ratings. The units are corrosion‑resistant, impact‑tolerant, and can withstand peak pressures exceeding 300 kPa.

Voir® VH003 Humidifier
The Voir® VH003 humidifier meets the diverse humidity requirements of small‑power, low‑flow fuel cell stacks. Its core material is a high‑strength, highly hydrophilic, nano‑porous hollow fiber membrane independently developed by Voir; its water vapor transmission efficiency, ADT value, and sealing performance all outperform comparable domestic and international products, earning recognition and designated supplier status from leading domestic companies, with joint development agreements already signed.

Voir® proton exchange membrane and base membrane
Voir® e‑PTFE, used as a proton exchange membrane and its supporting substrate, exhibits selective permeability: it maintains an exceptionally high proton (H⁺) conductivity while effectively blocking other gases, electrons, water molecules, and particulates. As a core component of the membrane electrode assembly (MEA) in fuel cells, it plays a critical role in determining the overall performance and service life of hydrogen fuel cells. Currently, it is typically employed in electrolyzer‑based hydrogen production, with positive feedback from customer testing.
