Voir Technology’s “further upgrade” of the VOIR® LCPP solution supports the next-generation energy liquid-cooling system technology 3.0, helping manufacturers iterate and upgrade their technologies while enhancing safety and reliability.

1. High-pressure waterproof automatic venting solution VOIR®LCPP-HVENT

During the transport of liquid, the pipelines of a liquid‑cooling system can generate gas. The residual gas creates flow resistance within the piping, reducing system efficiency and preventing the design‑specified cooling performance from being achieved.
VOIR® M653A high-pressure pipeline venting solution separates the small amount of gas mixed in the high-pressure liquid pipeline, ensuring efficient operation under normal operating conditions and preventing internal cavity pressure fluctuations caused by temperature changes, even when external and internal environmental conditions vary.

2. Battery Pack Liquid-Cooling Plate Solution VOIR®LCPP-VENT

In liquid-cooling systems, any abnormal conditions—such as temperature fluctuations, changes in system flow rate, leaks, ingress of external gases, alterations in coolant properties, or structural deformation—can lead to deviations in the system’s operating pressure.

Voir’s self-developed VOIR®LCPP-VENT high-pressure liquid-blocking vent valve, with its ingenious structural design and Sinan® ePTFE microporous membrane, achieves pressure equilibrium between the inside and outside of the liquid-cooling system under conditions of high internal flow velocity, while effectively reducing cavitation.

3. Expansion Drainage Scheme VOIR®LCPP-EDV

The liquid-cooling system—whether in a liquid-cooled battery pack or a liquid-cooled container—rapidly removes and clears accumulated condensate under abnormal operating conditions, preventing short circuits and ensuring insulation. When exposed to moisture, the hygroscopic material expands rapidly to several times its original volume, triggering the opening of the designed valve assembly to discharge the liquid; once drainage is complete, the system returns to its initial state.

The VOIR® M626A resettable drain valve has been put into mass production for use in energy‑related liquid cooling systems.

4. VOIR® LCPP-PFD Deionization Filtration Solution

The resin ion-exchange method is used to remove ions such as chloride, sulfate, and ferrous sulfate, thereby achieving filtration and purification. This prevents corrosion of the structure and the risk of material degradation in continuous liquid‑cooling cycles, ensuring the system’s sustained reliability.

The VOIR® VH-GL01 filtration deionizer has been implemented in liquid-cooled supercharging systems.
