2025.1.6 Huizhou Voir’s ribbon PTFE cable offers a space-saving, dual-density solution for avionics, EVTOL board-to-board interconnections, and other tight-fit applications, eliminating crosstalk while ensuring long-term durability.

1. Saves space and reduces weight
Voir’s ribbon PTFE cable solution features a smaller bending radius, enabling wiring in tight spaces, reducing the overall cable weight, and enhancing flexibility, thereby significantly saving space while ensuring reliability.

2. Signal density is optional.
Single‑core PTFE‑insulated ribbon cables are all high‑density cables.
Address crosstalk issues between each conductor within the same space by optimizing spacing.

3. Anti-aging

Compliant with RoHS standards, compatible with vacuum applications, and resistant to aging.
4. Compared with traditional cables
In space-constrained aerospace applications, ribbon cables offer half the pitch of conventional cables and twice the density.

2. Conductor: AWG 20 nickel-plated alloy copper, offering excellent electrical performance;

4. Temperature resistance: -60°C to 260°C;
