2024.9.30 Shenzhen Voir Technology’s VOIR® has launched a three-layer lamination technology for waterproof and breathable products, which has passed the durability tests conducted by ADAS radar housing manufacturers.
Compared with the two-layer process technology, the three-layer lamination process technology has the following characteristics:
1. Improved water tightness: greater than 30%;
Temperature range: Adapts to a wider range of temperature variations,
Air permeability increased by more than 30%;
2. Meets the extreme‑condition testing requirements of industry radar housing manufacturers:
The finished product, after welding, successfully passes both the 85% double‑condition test and the series‑production verification tests.
3. The product’s technology is better suited to and more conducive to fully automated welding.
4.3 The lamination process enables direct replacement and upgrading of existing dimensions.
Typically used for welding radar housings.
