Voir continues to launch the iteratively upgraded Voir® Automatic Drainage Protection Solution 2.0.

To address the three major challenges—air pressure, thermal energy, and liquid accumulation—caused by abnormalities in liquid-cooled battery packs, Voir Technology has launched the iteratively upgraded Voir® Automatic Drainage Solution 2.0, which combines liquid-absorbing materials with years of valve-body design expertise.

Once the piping seal of a liquid-cooling system is compromised by impact, it can rupture and leak. Voir®’s automatic drainage solution quickly evacuates and clears any accumulated fluid.

The Voir® M623 automatic drainage solution rapidly removes accumulated liquid, preventing short-circuit failures while providing pressure relief and explosion protection, thereby mitigating the risks of thermal runaway. It is typically used in liquid-cooling systems for battery packs and energy storage applications.

a. Maintain a seal under normal operating conditions to prevent the ingress of water and salt spray particles.
b. When the coolant level exceeds the warning mark, promptly drain any accumulated fluid to prevent short circuits and ensure insulation.
c. When the pressure reaches the set value, rapid venting and pressure relief are initiated to achieve pressure equilibrium between the inside and outside.

2. Waterproof, dustproof, and breathable; protection rating: IP68 at 1 meter depth for 48 hours, IPX9K.
