VOIR®H-VENT-M653A: A solution for high-pressure, waterproof automatic venting in liquid-cooling circulation pipelines.

2024.1.5 Huizhou Voir Technology has launched the M653A, a high-pressure waterproof automatic venting product for liquid-cooling circulation systems. It separates and vents small amounts of gas mixed in high-pressure liquid-cooling pipelines while resisting corrosion and withstanding high pressure, ensuring efficient operation of the circulation system.

Compared with other conventional high-pressure venting solutions, the VOO®H-VENT-M653A:
1. Higher voltage resistance combined with waterproof and breathable properties;
2. Improved sealing;
3. It eliminates the need for periodic manual opening and closing of the valve, instead relying on a polymer microporous membrane that provides real-time automatic breathability while remaining waterproof.
4. Smaller in size, making installation easier;

Product Advantages
A. It features a metal main structure, ensuring long-lasting durability and withstanding extreme high-pressure conditions.
B. Incorporates a 100% pure e-PTFE high-pressure‑resistant membrane, which is both waterproof and breathable; its excellent corrosion resistance ensures stable and reliable long‑term liquid‑cooling circulation.
C. High-pressure membrane sealing technology, capable of withstanding operating temperatures from −40 °C to +125 °C and pressures of nearly 400 kPa within the pipeline;
D. It exhibits high dielectric strength without leakage while maintaining pressure equilibrium, achieving an ingress protection rating of IP69K.
