The two parties engaged in friendly discussions on key materials for hydrogen energy systems and toured Voir Hydrogen Energy’s materials workshop, laboratory, and the humidifier production line in the southern area.

The head of Voir Hydrogen Energy Materials introduced the manufacturing process of proton exchange membrane base films. Customers were deeply impressed by Voir Hydrogen Energy’s expansion into components, centered on its foundational materials technology.

Hydrogen Energy Director Tong Yongping presented an overview of humidifiers, covering their development, testing, and validation, and conducted on-site comparative tests. He also introduced next-generation humidification technologies based on materials that withstand high temperatures and high humidity while delivering superior water vapor transport efficiency, as well as core material‑based products such as membrane‑based water vapor separators (for the air and hydrogen circuits), humidity controllers, deionizers, and pressure balancers.

Building on our mastery of technologies for humidification, humidity control, filtration and separation, as well as waterproofing (oil‑proof/explosion‑proof) and pressure‑balancing breathability, we focus on core membrane materials. Through continuous R&D and innovation, for example, our membrane‑based vapor‑water separator achieves 30% higher separation efficiency than conventional mechanical separators. We have a materials R&D center in Shenzhen to support the development of solution‑oriented products. Looking ahead, we are confident that, by capitalizing on our materials expertise and cost‑control strategies, we can help hydrogen‑energy manufacturers jointly expand the hydrogen industry.
