VOIR® High‑Flexibility Antistatic Dust‑Free Cable Carrier VC‑HFCC is a product based on a proprietary e‑PTFE (expanded polytetrafluoroethylene) material formulation, specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements of the semiconductor industry.

1. The black‑colored surface provides light‑blocking properties and helps prevent glare on the CCD sensor of the inspection equipment.
2. No additional grounding system or equipment is required; the pod has a surface resistivity of 10^6–10^9 ohms, providing effective antistatic performance.
3. Withstands repeated bending and reduces dust accumulation, meeting the requirements of a Class 1,000 cleanroom (for 0.5 µm particles, the particle counter measures the number of particles collected in 1 liter, multiplied by 1,000; the count must be less than 35,200 to comply with the standard).
4. Based on a proprietary ePTFE substrate, it exhibits low friction and chemical inertness, and can withstand extreme temperatures (actual testing shows a friction voltage of less than 100 V, meeting third-party ESD test certification requirements).
5. VOIR possesses technical capabilities spanning from ePTFE formulation and resin molding, through process POD manufacturing, to the fabrication of complete system‑level components.
