“Further Upgraded” Voir Technology’s Voir®ETV™ Three-in-One Oil-Cooled Transmission System Protection Solution

Huizhou, Guangdong, May 3, 2021 — Voir’s® ETV™ three-in-one oil-cooled transmission system protection solution has been further upgraded. The three-in-one oil-cooled transmission system (ESD) technology integrates the motor, gearbox, and inverter into a single unit. As automotive technology continues to evolve, integrated design will undoubtedly become the trend of future development. While integration enables high-frequency, ultra-high-speed operation, it also increases the challenges associated with oil seals.

The Voir®ETV™ solution, integrated into the three-in-one oil-cooling system, ensures that under extremely harsh conditions—17,000 RPM for 30 minutes—it remains leak-free, dynamically balancing internal and external pressures within the transmission system to guarantee normal operation, thereby resolving the long-standing industry issue of transmission oil leakage, which has been a persistent nuisance. Since launching its three-in-one oil-cooling protection solution, Voir Technology has received positive market feedback; this time, it has undergone another upgrade:

1. The waterproof and dustproof rating has been upgraded to IP68 and IP69K, while the oil resistance rating has been enhanced to Level 7.

2. Maximum oil‑resistance pressure has been increased to 35 kPa for 60 seconds, and water‑resistance pressure has been raised to over 60 kPa for 60 seconds.

3. Complies with oil compatibility standard ISO 16750-5.

4. While maintaining no oil leakage at 17,000 RPM for 30 minutes, further increase the air permeability to 3.5 L/min/7 kPa.

5. The product model has been upgraded from M440 to P683, offering lower costs and superior performance.

Traditional‑solution products often experience oil leakage once they reach 20,000 km or exceed 13,000 RPM, compromising both performance and appearance.
