Voir Technology has launched the Voir® CM168™ composite membrane material for aerobic composting systems.

Recently, Voir Technology has launched an innovative cover film material specifically designed for practical, environmentally friendly, and highly profitable aerobic composting systems—Voir® CM168™ composite membrane material (Compost Membrane).

Composting systems convert various organic wastes into organic fertilizers through decomposition, thereby reducing waste and promoting resource recycling. However, due to limitations in covering‑film technology, these systems are highly susceptible to external climatic and temperature conditions, making it difficult to ensure consistent compost quality. Moreover, the odor emitted during the composting process further hinders their widespread adoption.

Voir Technology’s ePTFE composite material SA-CM168, specially designed for aerobic composting systems, features a microporous structure that is waterproof, windproof, and breathable, ensuring the composting system operates in the most optimal environment. It effectively controls the emission of odors and VOCs, complying with environmental and sanitary regulations and removing geographical and site‑specific constraints on composting systems. Voir® CM168™ is China’s first innovative cover‑membrane material based on ePTFE, enabling rapid upgrades or enhancements to existing composting applications.
