Voir Technology’s Membrane Materials Division has, for the first time, shipped 150 m² of SA128 model membrane material.

Recently, the SA128 membrane material from Voir Technology’s Membrane Materials Division received an order for 150 m² from a well-known client in the smart wearable industry, marking a new breakthrough in Voir’s independently developed membrane materials business.
SA128 is a waterproof and dustproof acoustic membrane independently developed by Voir. Unlike the mesh materials previously used for wearable device protection (IP54), it boasts superior performance, meeting the IP67 protection rating for wearables while maintaining excellent sound transmission.
Voir’s technical staff stated: “Securing this order is the result of a comprehensive analysis of wearable devices, coupled with the application of ePTFE material expansion and stretching composite technology, as well as continuous formulation and validation of the ePTFE material.”
Since the launch of Voir’s self-developed series of acoustic materials, the market response has been very positive, and the company has already established partnerships with numerous well-known acoustic terminal manufacturers, outsourcing producers, and die-cutting plants.
