Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system, majoring in materials science, mechatronics, or related fields;
2. Proficient in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Pro/E, and UG.
3. Possesses strong logical thinking skills, a spirit of innovation, and robust practical abilities.
4. Career progression path: Assistant Engineer → Junior Engineer → Intermediate Engineer → Senior Engineer.
Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct product feasibility analyses based on customer or marketing department requirements; develop design solutions, including form, structure, and packaging.
2. Responsible for component and product verification, including the development of prototypes and the preparation of relevant technical documentation.
3. Responsible for assisting with mold design review, trial molding, and mold evaluation and acceptance.
4. Responsible for product anomaly analysis and improvement, among other tasks.
