Materials Engineer
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system, majoring in Polymer Materials and Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or Chemical Engineering and Technology;
2. Possess fundamental knowledge of chemistry and materials science, and be familiar with and capable of operating common laboratory instruments and equipment.
3. Strong logical thinking and practical skills; adept at and diligent in critical thinking, with excellent communication abilities and a strong team spirit.
4. Possess knowledge of the field related to the polymer material E-PTFE, master basic laboratory techniques, and have relevant experimental or internship experience preferred.
5. Career progression path: Assistant Engineer → Junior Engineer → Intermediate Engineer → Senior Engineer.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for material development, experimental validation, introduction, and replacement of polymer materials, among other related tasks;
2. Resolve issues that arise during industrial-scale production when applying the materials;
3. Responsible for materials management throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to mass production.
4. Participate in the process development of relevant materials and products, as well as in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
5. Other tasks assigned by the leadership.
