Procurement Specialist
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system, with at least two years of experience in procurement and supplier development;
2. Experience in developing metal and plastic component suppliers;
3. Must be able to drive and hold a valid driver’s license; travel to supplier locations as required by the situation.
4. Proficient in basic office software, familiar with ERP systems, and skilled in creating PowerPoint presentations.
5. Upright and incorruptible, with a clear distinction between public and private interests; possesses strong communication, coordination, and stress-management skills.
6. Possess experience and the ability to perform cost accounting.
Job Responsibilities
1. Identify material supply sources and have a thorough understanding of the supply channels for metal and plastic components.
2. Negotiate with suppliers, develop new supplier relationships, and follow up on logistics; establish a comprehensive performance‑evaluation framework to assess suppliers, conduct regular evaluations, and maintain strong collaborative partnerships.
3. Analyze the company’s raw material quality, market prices, and other market conditions;
4. Other tasks assigned by the leadership.
