Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system, with at least 3 years of experience as an engineer in product structural design and development.
2. Proficient in using AutoCAD, Pro/E, and UG; familiar with the application of the five major tools.
3. Familiar with the operational processes of ISO 9000 and TS 16949 quality management systems, and proficient in the APQP methodology.
4. Possesses strong communication and coordination skills, as well as a high level of professional integrity.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for product appearance design, structural design, and the improvement and extension of existing products.
2. Responsible for new product design, developing product aesthetics and structural designs based on customer or marketing department requirements.
3. Responsible for component and product verification, as well as the development of prototypes and the preparation of related technical documentation.
4. Responsible for assisting with mold design review, trial molding, and mold evaluation and acceptance.
