Materials Engineer
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in polymer materials, chemical engineering, or a related field.
2. Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in materials research and development.
3. Prior experience leading or independently completing two or more materials development projects is preferred.
4. Possesses strong team spirit, effective communication and coordination skills, and the ability to follow leadership directives.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for product R&D and process optimization of high-performance materials.
2. Responsible for maintaining and archiving the project’s R&D logs.
3. Responsible for patent strategy and patent applications related to the relevant products.
4. Design functional tests for the corresponding products and optimize the products based on laboratory test results.
