Harness Engineer (CABLE)
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, automation, electrical engineering, power electronics, or related fields;
2. Familiar with manufacturers of common industrial connectors, terminals, cables, packaging materials, and auxiliary components, as well as their respective models, standards, and specifications.
3. Familiarity with wiring harness design for automated equipment; relevant experience is preferred.
4. Proficient in using software such as PRO/E, CAD, and SW;
5. Possesses strong communication skills and a strong team spirit.
Job Responsibilities
1. In accordance with customer requirements, lead the wire harness design, cable routing, and connector selection.
2. Responsible for new wiring harness development, on-site prototype support, and the analysis and resolution of production issues.
3. Responsible for preparing design drawings for the integration of cable harnesses and connectors.
4. Develop wire harness designs, select connectors, and establish testing specifications, providing technical support to customers and relevant departments.
