Employee Relations Specialist
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system; candidates with a background in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field are preferred.
2. Familiar with national labor laws and regulations, with a solid understanding of the Labor Law, the Labor Contract Law, the Mediation and Arbitration Law on Labor Disputes, and related statutes.
3. At least 3.3 years of experience in employee relations management, with a solid foundation in the theoretical principles of employee relations.
4. Possesses strong logical thinking skills and is capable of analyzing and interpreting employee relations management data.
5. Possesses excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as strong negotiation abilities, and is capable of handling sensitive issues with tact and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement employee relations strategies, handle daily employee complaints and disputes, respond to requests for assistance, and manage labor-related contingencies, thereby maintaining positive employee relations.
2. Assist in planning and organizing cultural and recreational activities, employee care initiatives, and the administration and oversight of employee benefits;
3. Assist in implementing and promoting the corporate culture; provide psychological counseling and mental health support to employees, and monitor employee well-being and engagement.
4. Participate in the formulation and revision of the company’s human resources management policies; in light of changes in laws and regulations and the company’s actual circumstances, propose practical recommendations to optimize employee relations management processes.
