SQE Engineer
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system, with at least two years of experience in incoming material inspection and supplier quality management.
2. Possesses strong communication and coordination skills, and has effective approaches to managing suppliers.
3. Proficient in the application of quality tools and familiar with IATF 16949 quality management requirements.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for supplier quality management (review, coaching, development, follow-up, and improvement);
2. Responsible for the quality of incoming materials at IQC, providing guidance on IQC inspection procedures and documentation (SIPs, SOPs), and overseeing the training of IQC personnel.
3. Responsible for IQC inspection jigs and fixtures, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of inspection equipment;
4. Responsible for reviewing supplier PPAP documents and coordinating with quality teams at each stage.
