Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; at least 5 years of experience in sales management (with a team of more than 20 direct reports) or independent responsibility for regional management.
2. Possesses excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit, with extensive experience in building and developing teams;
3. Proficiency in English at or above CET‑4 level is preferred; prior work experience with automotive‑related companies is also a plus.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop new clients and build a business team;
2. Handling exceptions for key accounts and hosting major clients;
3. Securing designated supplier status for the client’s new projects;
4. Oversee the daily operations of the management department and the office, and establish work procedures and performance appraisal systems.
5. The General Manager assigns other related routine tasks.
