Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system, with at least five years of experience in systems management;
2. Strong coordination, communication, and project‑management skills; fluent in spoken English.
3. Familiar with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and VDA 6.5; possesses experience in establishing and implementing these standards, as well as direct collaboration with automotive OEMs.
Job Responsibilities
1. Plan and lead internal and external audits, and drive the optimization and enhancement of system processes;
2. Streamline internal system processes and ensure the continuous improvement of all management systems to meet the company’s operational and managerial needs as well as customer requirements.
3. System‑related training planning and implementation;
4. Team building and daily management;
