Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system, majoring in marketing, English, international economics and trade, or related fields;
2. Proficient in basic office software such as Microsoft Office; prior experience in order‑processing internships is preferred, and excellent spoken English is a plus.
3. Possesses strong communication and logical thinking skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, an outgoing personality, and a strong team spirit.
Job Responsibilities
1. Process and track domestic and overseas customer orders, manage domestic and overseas customers effectively, and ensure timely communication of information and routine interactions.
2. Responsible for external communications with the company’s key major clients, as well as the coordination and management of domestic and overseas project business.
3. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships and developing business opportunities in cutting-edge or niche technology projects, both domestically and internationally.
4. Oversee and track the overall project progress, coordinate resources, and resolve any issues or anomalies that arise during business operations.
