Process Assistant Engineer
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Technology, or related fields;
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and software such as AutoCAD, PRO/E, and UG.
3. Possesses strong logical thinking skills, a spirit of innovation, and robust practical abilities.
Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct process validation on new product drawings, design process tooling for pilot production, prepare the pilot production report, and ensure effective follow-up for the first mass‑production run.
2. Introduction of new products, scheduling pilot production runs, providing production guidance, promptly resolving on-site abnormalities, and appropriately planning the pilot production timeline.
3. Organize the summarization, analysis, and follow-up of process-related issues reported for new products, and develop improvement recommendations and implementation plans.
4. Responsible for establishing, organizing, and archiving process and technical documentation for new products, ensuring its completeness.
