CQE Engineer
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in quality management or a related science and engineering field;
2. Familiar with ISO 9000 and IATF 16949 standards, as well as quality management expertise;
3. Possesses strong communication and presentation skills, clear logical thinking, and is adept at summarizing and analyzing.
4. At least 2 years of relevant experience, such as handling customer complaints, conducting on-site audits, or participating in multiple internal audit assignments, is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for verifying customer complaint issues reported by business departments, conducting preliminary investigations and analyses, and following up on the handling of customer complaint cases through the OA system.
2. Responsible for convening cross-functional departments to hold customer complaint review meetings, conducting root cause analysis, formulating corrective and preventive action plans, and ensuring their implementation until the case is closed.
3. When necessary, visit the client’s site to verify and resolve any anomalies.
4. Responsible for follow-up and tracking of rework on customer‑returned products and the implementation of corrective actions.
5. Responsible for responding to customer complaint reports as required by each business module, independently preparing 8D reports to address customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Regularly prepare customer analysis summary reports and monthly review reports.
