Order Fulfillment Supervisor
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system, majoring in marketing or a related field;
2. Possess at least 2 years of management experience as a supervisor in the order‑processing department;
3. Strong communication and coordination skills, high stress tolerance, and the ability to lead teams;
4. This position offers a monthly salary, with no commission; additional compensation may be provided for business expansion and growth.
Job Responsibilities
1. Collect and relay customer requirements, assist in handling customer complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Participate in the development, forecasting, and monitoring of sales plans; refine departmental policies, procedures, and standard operating processes.
3. Organize departmental meetings, conduct employee training and performance evaluations, and enhance the professional skills of team members;
4. Responsible for the department’s performance appraisal and evaluation, as well as its day-to-day management and team building.
5. Manage the department’s order-follow-up staff; foster positive relationships among team members to enhance team cohesion.
