Voir Hydrogen launches an enhanced proton exchange membrane substrate at the Hamburg Hydrogen Conference in Germany

The Hamburg Hydrogen Expo in Europe is currently the world's most professional equipment trade event for hydrogen energy, from hydrogen production, hydrogen power generation, storage and transportation to the application of hydrogen vehicles (hydrogenation, etc.). This event will bring together the entire hydrogen value chain, with a focus on developing solutions and innovations for low-carbon hydrogen production, efficient storage and distribution, as well as various fixed and mobile applications.

1. Folding membrane humidifier
. The PTC patented technology folding membrane humidifier for fuel cell air circulation systems has a volume one-third of that of the current market, while improving humidification performance by 15%.

Why do proton membranes in the fields of flow batteries and hydrogen electrolysis also use ePTFE based membranes?

The cost of PEM hydrogen production membrane is too high, and homogeneous membrane has the problem of excessive swelling rate. Using ePTFE base film:


1. It can reduce the cost and thickness of the membrane;
2. Increase the service life of the membrane, improve its mechanical durability, resistance to hot water swelling, and dimensional stability.
