Voir ® During the operation of PEM proton exchange membrane in fuel cells, PEM absorbs water and expands at high relative humidity, while loses water and contracts at low relative humidity. This repeated expansion/contraction cycle leads to high mechanical stress in PEM, leading to mechanical failure. The e-PTFE film independently developed and produced by Voir can be used to enhance the support of PEM and solve the mechanical durability problem.
