Solution

      It is very difficult to inject reagents into the narrow channels of micro and nano scales in microfluidic chips, and its "force" is very difficult to grasp. In medical analysis and testing, due to the pressure in the flow channel usually exceeding 100Kpa, it is necessary to have high pressure resistance while controlling a small amount of uniform air permeability, and general materials cannot meet the requirements.

     Voir ® MICVCHIP micro airflow scheme is based on the scientific calculation and research of the Voir team, using a chemically inert, acid and alkali resistant microporous e-PTFE material with a pressure resistance greater than 100Kpa. By controlling the pore size of the micropores, the stable amount of gas per unit time area can be controlled.

     Fusion welding of Voir on the surface of the "breathing hole" of microfluidic chips Voir® MICVCHIP micro airflow product controls the flow rate of multiple micro flow channels of traditional Chinese medicine reagents through stable control of membrane material flow, bi-directional blocking of microbial passage, and ensuring accurate analysis and detection results.
