Voir®Catalytic membrane and components

      Electrochemical sensors, as precision electronic components, have a direct impact on measurement accuracy

due to small changes in the external environment, internal electrode losses, or electrolyte contamination. Voir 

provides a series of system protection solutions based on ePTFE membrane materials for various electrochemical

sensors, which can solve the invasion of external particles and active agents, alleviate electrode loss, electrolyte

leakage, and improve the quality of electrochemical sensors.

1. Voir ®  ePTFE waterproof and breathable film covers the surface of the sensor to prevent external water, particles, and other active agents from invading and contaminating the internal electrodes and electrolytes of the electrochemical sensor; Permeability and positive measurement of gas passing through normally.
Installation position: located on the surface of the shell or with protective ventilation holes
Assembly method: single sided adhesive backing or hot melt welding

2. Voir ® ESM conductive coating material is a patented formula technology product owned by the company. After coating with a specific catalyst, the material has low porosity and micro permeability, ensuring sufficient gas molecules pass through, conducting, and preventing electrolyte leakage or rapid drying.
Installation position: located between the cover and the lower housing
Assembly method: hot melt welding on the plastic cover of the sensor
